Piotr’s annual visit to Poland was all about family business, but always opportunity to see and try a few things. In essence, revisiting places after many years. Kraków, Książ Castle, Cieplice Zdrój and Jelenia Góra, Szklarska PorÄ™ba (just short car tour of Karkonosze Mountains), PerÅ‚a Zachodu , SiÄ™dlecin Tower, no free time in Warszawa or Åšwidnica. And checking out new restaurants and coffee shops.

My return visit to Kraków old town, 40 years later everything looks the same, exept when I focus on the details and then everything is quite different.  Old recording of  ☞ Hejnal Mariacki (Trumpet Call)  played from the tower of St Mary’s Basilica in the Main Market Square of the Krakow Old Town.
Just arrived in Frankfurt from Chicago, staring at ceiling art while waiting for connecting flight to Kraków.
