Equipment – we made an extra effort to keep weight down: steriPEN Ultra, shorter charging cables (3x) plus plug converters (3x) for multiple charging options, lighter charger (used at resupply stops), lighter headlamp, scope, lighter pocket knife (with added Bearikade opener), temp beacon, heavier 20Ah power bank, glasses band and cleaning cloth (used also for camera lens cleaning), lighter trowel, repair kit, iPhone X, spare glasses. Decided to carry larger power bank to have enough capacity to power iPhone, headlamps and steriPeEN for 10 days with safety margin (also carried paper map as back-up). With newer iPhone ( and battery closer to 100%) 10Ah power bank would probably be enough. No second camera – lack of good zoom was the only deficiency for travel photography.
