Piotr likes his Granite Gear Crown 60 backpack, it is lightweight and fits well, but it took some trials and practice to pack it well as it is essentially just quite narrow long tube. Now bear canister, also tube and rigid, had to fit in. The backpack has no pockets/organizers – Piotr used compression sack for sleeping bag and dawn jacket, packing bag for sleeping pad and rain jacket, and another one for everything else, except for rain poncho which went on top. Plus two garbage bag liners for extra waterproofing. Tarp, one water bottle, trowel, temp beacon went to outside mesh pockets, sandals strapped on. Piotr also added three pockets to the straps: for water bottle, scope, phone/pocket knife.
